How do I claim a drink?

To claim a ‘Grainshaker Grand Slam Giveaway' drink, the claimant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

  1. Access the ‘Grainshaker Grand Slam Giveaway’ Promotion via our Grainshaker Website, through our social channels or by scanning the ‘Grainshaker Grand Slam Giveaway’ QR code at either participating venues or activation sites around the AO.
  2. Follow the prompts and provide the claimant’s name, date of birth, Australian mobile number, email address and postcode. 
  3. Select the venue from which you will redeem the Grainshaker Grand Slam Giveaway free drink from the list of Participating Venues displayed.
  4. Click submit and your Grainshaker Grand Slam Giveaway free drink will be confirmed as being available for redemption and an SMS will be sent to your mobile phone.
  5. Click on the SMS to activate the Grainshaker Grand Slam Giveaway ‘free drink’ redemption offer.
  6. Speak to the staff at your selected venue to redeem your Grainshaker Grand Slam Giveaway free drink.
  7. Venue staff will ‘click on the Redeem’ button to confirm your Grainshaker Grand Slam Giveaway free drink has been redeemed.

The Grainshaker Grand Slam Giveaway free drink must be redeemed before the End Date. This Promotion is subject to Participating Venue opening hours and, liquor licensing conditions.  Participating Venues may be  required to close without warning as a result of any government-imposed regulations relating to COVID-19.

Who is eligible to play?

Claims are only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.

What prizes can I win?

We have two free drinks which are issued at random. These are (1) Grainshaker Vodka + Mixer and (2) Grainshaker Vodka Cocktail. When you submit your details, you will be issued one of the two prizes.

How many times can I enter?

Each participant can play twice, but each entry must be at a unique/different venue

Issues with redeeming the Free Product at a venue?

If you have issues redeeming a free drink within a venue, please speak directly to the venue staff and/or the manager of the venue to work through your issues. You can only redeem a free drink per venue and up to a maximum of two drinks during the promotional period.

Issues with QR code and/or issuing of Free Drink?

What do you do with my details, if I subscribe to receiving marketing communications?

Can I unsubscribe if I have given permission to receive marketing communication?

Yes, when you receive specific marketing communications from Grainshaker, you will always have an unsubscribe link to unsubscribe from marketing communication.
